I just bought one of those Sony ICF 2003 pll synthesized S/W receivers. On strong SSB signals the thing seems to have an FM'ing problem. If I collapse the antenna or set the sensitivty to low, the problem is reduced. Has anyone out there experienced such a problem?? Thanks in advance. Charlie Thompson WB4HVD

One night we hooked up a Sony 2003 to the 160 meter array at N5AU so we could listen to the Larry King Show. The Sony underwent a pretty severe case of front end crunch. Of course, the fact that we were only miles from KRLD-AM probably didn't help much either. -- Trey Garlough Computation Center, The University of Texas at Austin, Austin, Texas 78712 ARPA: trey@emx.UTEXAS.EDU UUCP: {harvard,allegra,gatech}!ut-sally!ut-emx!trey
