I have had 28 requests for vsh, many of them asking me to post it. Many of these people apparently have difficulty getting management to add a new site, so uucp is out. Mail is certainly possible, but it looks like it would be just as efficient to post it (because many people are many sites away, often through poor decwrl). Therefore, I think I will be posting the source in two weeks, unless I hear complaints. Only one person so far thought posting was a bad idea. It is about 80K. phil ngai ucbvax!amd70!phil
