The most popular PD make program I have seen is called ndmake and I think
it is version 4.?? now. I have downloaded two programs that had ndmake
files included and have used both UNIX(tm) and Borland's make programs
to compile by making only minor changes in path(s), etc. It is available
on many BBS's around the country.
