Hi, I have a friend in India who is interested in a satellite system. The INSAT is definitely one of the geostationary satellite that he can tune to, but there are also others that occasionally pass by. He can get the dish and the tracking mechanism (actually he plans to do this manually initially) locally, but the receiver/amplifier is a different matter. I'd like to get them for him, if they are available in the US. Could anyone tell me where they would be available, what frequencies I should look for and what the prices would be.
