Comprehensive Video sells a super-looking product that consists of a board and
software for a PC. I will gen-lock to incoming video, if you want. It (from
the catalog) has lots of fonts and features. It also has a pretty high price
tag, about $3000. I think there is also some upgrade software available.
Actually, the price isn't too bad considering it is aimed at the pro market!

Did everyone miss my last posting about this?
  (or did Pnews send it to /dev/null???)

To get genlocked video overlay and NTSC output from an EGA,
check out EGA! Overlay from U. S. Video.  It is a daughter card,
i.e. it fits into the EGA Feature connector and doesn't use a bus slot.
