Can anyone give me some information about VCR editors with the following requirements? 1. Multinorm. (At least NTSC and PAL) 2. Capability of recording frame by frame. 3. 100 (or so) channel tuner built-in. Does such an animal already exists? Thanks in advance. O. Piro
