I am a student at Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, OH. I am doing a research paper on digital imaging and retouching of photo- graphs, video, etc. If there is anyone out there who has some recent information on any new developments in this field, or are currently involved in this process, please send me any information you may have. I am especially interested in any discussion(s) of possible legislation involving digital imaging and retouching when used in publications, i.e. National Geographic retouching one of their covers using digital effects.
