I have just gotten the distribution from mnetor, and I have patches
2 and 3 (with ancilliary discussions & bugfixes to the patches), but I don't
have patch #1. Please mail me if you have it (or mail it if you're close &
it's small)

Perhaps some kind sole could send us copy of patch #1 also. P.S. Perhaps we have need for a tor.newsadmin.software subgroup to handle the posting of patches, bugs, and useful software.
