Is there anybody out there willing to give a news feed to my PC. It would be picking up only a small portion of the news groups. Also an e-mail connection?

Just an extra note. I am currently working on porting Cnews to the PC. I have an alpha test version running right now. And this will eventually be turned into a bidirectional gateway to some of the BBS networks and some of the commercial e-mail systems.
