Is there anyway I can get a list of the exact phone costs for calling from TO to city x?? Either from Bell or anywhere?? I am trying to make a very accurate database of phone costs for my USENET gateway to FIDO.

Just dial 0 and ask. They'll want to know what exchange (first 3 digits)
you're calling from and calling to. I've done it lots of times.
