A previous article requested a "copy to multiple hosts" feature for UUCP (I think). That spurred an idle thought : Has anyone gotten several computers to talk together on a CONFERENCE CALL ? This could be terrific for netnews distribution. Mind-boggling reliability and handshaking problems, of course. Bill Dietrich houxj!wapd

The previous article suggested that it might be possible to have computers talk to each other on a conferrence call. This sounds alot like what happens on ethernet. Possibly upper level ethernet type protocals could be used. But how would you place the phone call in the first place? Andy Schnable ihuxo!schnable
