Greetings Netfolk I'd like to thank all of those kind folks out there who helped out in my search for dummy loads. However, now I'm in search of something that is not quite electronic but is (supposedly) often seen. Where does one obtain the 'carpet' used to house automotive speaker enclosures. Is the often grey/charcoal material really 'carpet'? If so, then is it available at your local carpet store? The material I've seen appears to be much thinner then your generic indoor "plush" carpet. I'd like to use this material to cover a wooden housing I'm assembling as an enclosure for some audio equipment on the floor of the trunk. (whew! what a sentence) Again, thanks in advance for your advice!
