[comp.sys.sun] tn3270 for SunOS

The 4.3BSD tn3270 ports readily to SunOS 4.0.  All one needs to do is to
modify the Makefile for non-VAX manufacture by activating the use of the
generic subroutines in place the VAX-specific ones.
