[net.unix-wizards] Runoff to Nroff Converter Needed

Has anybody got some software to convert DSR (Digital Standard Runoff)
control codes to nroff control codes.  We've got a large document
in DSR format, and we'd like to be able to nroff it.  (Not to mention
that we don't have RUNOFF.)

If you have such a converter, or even a start at one, just drop me a
line, and I'll report back to this list with any findings of import.
If we don't find it, we'll probably do it ourselves, and when/if we
do it, we'll make it available.
