I have a VAX-11/780 running 4.1 BSD. When I install an ABLE DH/DM, the auto-config code doesn't complain about the csr's, but only occasionally manages to get the DM to interrrupt, and fails to get the DH to interrupt. When the DM does interrupt, it goes through vector 400, even though it's wired to go through 510. I've tried increasing the delays in the probe routines, and various other hackery, but no dice! The board is in a slot nominally occupied by a KMC-11, so I know the DMA lines are ok. The only funny thing on the bus is a 3COM Ethernet controller (which is the greatest thing since sliced bread!).
