I recently had the opportunity to use a Sun 386i to try to port a large piece of Sun-3 software (about 300k lines). Needless to say, I used the keyboard a lot. And I had serious problems with doubled characters, particularly "b" and "n". I am a fast typist, but I never have this problem on Sun-3 keyboards (or for that matter any other keyboard I use these days). So if you are thinking about buying a Sun 386i, try the keyboard first. And if you're thinking about buying some for others, have THEM try the keyboard... Dan Franklin
