What do each of you mean by 'graphics'?  One probably means vector data
and the other means pixel data.  I have tried to import vector data to
Framemaker by using a filter produce the necessary MIF format data.  As
originally stated, this type of graphics is not correctly imported.  Frame
has known about this for a long time - I first reported it soon after 1.0
was released.

Agreed.  For pixel data, I've used scanners to import this type of
graphics to Framemaker with great success.

300dpi still isn't enough.  Vector graphics data from MIF files should be
retained in full floating point precision.  This is the only way I feel
confident about importing drawings and knowing that they are not going to
be munged in the process.
