[comp.sys.sun] Does tunefs work with SCSI drives?

I just tried playing with TUNEFS on a SCSI drive on a 3/110 with an SCSI-3
(si0) controller and OS 3.5.2.  Changing the rotdelay from 1 to 20 ms had
no apparent affect.  Is that ignored in the SCSI driver?
