[comp.sys.sun] sun maintenance questions

We here at New Mexico State are currently reviewing our maintenance
contracts with Sun.  We have been on the customer-assisted return, which
allowed us to call in a bad board, and receive a new one within 24 hours.
We have been pleased with this.  Now, Sun is telling us that we are no
longer elidgable for the 15% discount offered to Universities since they
recently installed an office in the area.  My question is 1) Has anybody
else out ther experienced this problem with Sun, and how was it handled,
and 2) Can anyone supply me with addresses and/or contacts for companies
who do Sun maintenace.  We would like to find out what alternatives exist.
