[net.unix-wizards] How does tset know what is a dialup?

The file /etc/ttytype contains the terminal type of all configured
terminal ports for the system.  If your system administrator hasn't
kept this file up to date, then 'tset' won't know what type your
terminal is.  This is relevant to 4.1bsd, which is what we have.
