There is a package called gplot from Stanford which might be of help. The
author gives his address as:

               Michael Eldredge (dredge@oasis.Stanford.edu).

gplot has an f77(and C) library, and is a "General device independent
plotting library which supports sunview and xwindow and many other display
devices.

Hi,

You probably have gotten lots of replies, but I recently went to a demo of
CA-DISSPLA, which is graphics subroutines written in Fortran, with all
kinds of fancy features. They do support sun windows, and a variety of
output devices. They probably do Postscript, but I'm not sure. The
company's name is Computer Associates, and their main office is in New
York. 1-800-645-3003, 516-227-3300.
