[net.unix-wizards] New ideas in program development from IBM

spoon (03/31/83)

Glancing through the sales brochure (named above)
I chanced upon the following bit of wisdom selected from several
scattered through the 24 pages:

	Adding the finishing touches and
smoothing out the flaws of a program
takes the same kind of attention to
detail that a master craftsman applies
when using a rasp to finish a fine piece
	of woodwork.

As I recall a wood rasp is used to remove large quantities
of wood quickly. Just what being said about IBM's
master programmers?
