[comp.sys.sun] No encryption on Non-US vi

We have aquired DES-type encryption facilities which we would like very
much to "build" onto the vi editor.  The vi editor, as we currently have
it, does not recognize the -x option at all.

Is there a patch which will allow us to incorporate the des facility?
