Anybody know if/when Sun are planning to supply a C compiler with ANSI compatibility? Martin Reed, Racal Imaging Systems Ltd The GNU C compiler from the Free Software Foundation is ANSI draft compliant. If you want info on getting it send mail to <gnu@prep.ai.mit.edu> or use anonymous ftp to prep.ai.mit.edu and look in the director /u/emacs for a file named GETTING.GNU.SOFTWARE. There compiler runs well on Suns in general. They also have a very nifty debugger to go with the compiler. --Dan Ehrlich -- Dan Ehrlich <ehrlich@shire.cs.psu.edu> | Disclaimer: The opinions expressed are The Pennsylvania State University | my own, and should not be attributed Department of Computer Science | to anyone else, living or dead.
