I'm looking for COTS/CASE tools, running on UNIX (specifically Sun OS), that may be used for automating the SUR/DUR (Software/ Document Update REQUEST) process. Clients, system project developers, and configuration control board will use the tool for requesting, reviewing, prioritizing, and monitoring these requests. We'll be using RCS (Revision Control System) for software configuration management, but an additional tool for managing the Update REQUEST procedure is needed. Thanks, in advance, for your mail.
