They appear to have products to address this need. They have twisted pair and fiber optic ethernet equipment including transceivers and repeaters and ... the whole ball of wax. I have not used any of their equipment and have no affiliation with this company (so far we make do OK with standard thin and thick coax and transceiver cables.
