Choose one of your top-level frames as being the top-most frame as that
will be the argument passed to "window_main_loop(frame)". Your other
frames with NULL owner can be shown/unshown at will with the attribute
WIN_SHOW, which takes a boolean argument.  Pass these during a
"window_set" later in the code.
