[comp.sys.sun] Exabyte tape backups

We are considering adding an Exabyte EXB-8200 8 mm tape backup system to
our SUn 386i's (running 4.0.0 still). I would appreciate anyone with
experience with these sending me email as to:

   - ease of installation,
   - ease of use,
   - support, and
   - product quality.
