[net.unix-wizards] Status of post-V7 refer ?

	What is the status of post-Version 7 refer ?
	I believe that Berkeley cleaned-up refer alot and also the TITROFF
(DITROFF) distribution comes with a newer refer. Can anybody summarize the
improvements and fixes included in either ? Does the cleaned-up Berkeley
refer come with 4.x BSD ? Has anyone interfaced refer to MM ?
