[comp.sys.sun] source fix for vi dumping core?

Anybody with source to 4.0.X fixed the problem of vi dumping core if the
users shell environment is too big?  If so, got the diffs?

Sun says it's "fixed" in 4.1 (so I've told my vi users with this problem
to not use vi until then:-).
