[comp.sys.sun] Synchronous Modems

Does anybody out there have experience with connecting 56Kb synchronous
modems to Sun equipment (Sun 4's or 3's)?  Specifically, a UDS-56
synchronous modem originally design for use on the Digital Data Service
Network.  Thanks.
