[comp.sys.sun] Archive submission - a screenblank called wiped

I believe that the following code is in the public domain. Seems like one
request per week for similar code in sun-spots...

[[Placed in Titan archives. -bdg]]

FTP:	Hostname : titan.rice.edu (128.42.1.30)
	Directory: sun-source
	Filename : wiped.c

Archive Server Address: archive-server@rice.edu
Archive Server Command: send sun-source wiped.c

I compared the wiped code in the archives with the one we have locally,
which lists as follows:

  -rw-r--r-- 1 root wheel 4251 Jul 3 1987 wiped.c

I don't claim to know the history of our version, but it certainly seems
to be cleaner and more recent than the one in the Sun-Spots archives, and
ours is over two years old! The one in the archives must be ancient.

The proper thing to do would be to contact the authors and get their
opinion, but I don't have a way of doing that. So, for want of a better
solution, here is a copy of our wiped source. Perhaps the authors will
speak up.
