(I thought I had posted something on this subject a while back but I've gotten absolutely no response, so I'm trying again.) I currently have a VAX 11/780 running 4.1BSD with an emulex SC21 controller handling one 300M disk. I have been trying for the last few months to get the controller to handle a second disk. The usual symptoms are normal operation if only one of the disks is connected. If they are both connected, then I get hard error messages whenever I try to access either disk. Does anyone have any experience (either successful or unsuccessful) with trying to get an SC21 to handle two 300M disks?
