On a Sun3/60 running SunOS3.5 and Sun Common Lisp, Development Environment 3.0.2, 2 August 1988 one of our users reported the following problem: 1) he starts suntools 2) he runs lisp in a local window 3) from lisp, he executes a FORTRAN/GKS program The first time it seems to work fine. After exiting the fortran program to make some changes in lisp, he receives a "can't open pixwin" message and the FORTRAN program crashes. Then he exits lisp and exits suntools. At that point (at his normal c-shell prompt) the machine seems to hang and refuses keyboard input, even after killing the shell and re-starting the getty. Has anyone else experienced a similar problem? Mark G. Brown, University of Colorado, Boulder, Colorado 80309 (303)-492-3972 markb@boulder.colorado.edu -or- !ncar!boulder!markb
