NPR just had a report about the new, under $5,000 workstation being
released by SUN. It portrayed it as "entering the PC market" against IBM.
This is not the way the trade press has been portraying it.
The report also indicated that Toshiba will bring out a SPARC based
portable - that would sure be a handy thing on the road-interesting to see
how it will compare in a price/performance with my IBM P70.
