We have a nice quad-density 9-track tape drive with an industry-standard
"Pertec" connection to a controller sitting in an AT clone. We also have a
Catamount tape connection switch.
We want to connect our SPARCStation 1+ via a SCSI tape controller to the
Catamount so that both the AT clone and the SS1+ can share the tape drive.
Can anyone recommend such a device ? Supplier ? Price ? Driver
compatibility ?
