Can *you* help? We have a Mac II with an ethernet board and a couple of Suns all sharing the same Laserwriter. At the moment we use physical circuit switching under manual control (ie. the printer DIP switches) to multiplex the printer between the Mac (using the AppleTalk i/f) and the Suns (using a 9600 baud serial line). There must be a better way... Can anyone tell me what it is? Is there software available for the Mac which uses the lpd protocol to talk to the Suns and can spool print jobs?
