We have a dead monitor on one of our sun 3/60's. I've tested the monitor and cables on another 3/60 and everything works fine (power connection is also ok) so the problem would appear to be with the connection from the signal cable to the cpu board. As it is possible to remote login to the machine, does anyone know of a way to fix this problem without sending the cpu board away for repair. If not, does anyone have information on 3rd party vendors who repair/replace cpu boards.
