[comp.sys.sun] bootpd on 3/60 with SunOS 4.0.1

I recently obtained source to bootp 2.1 and compiled it on a Sun 3/60 with
SunOS 4.0.1.  It compiled without any errors, but when I try to start the
daemon, it fails with the following error message:

bootpd[516]: getsockname: Socket operation on non-socket
