[comp.sys.sun] Need "tputil" or similar program

I need to make exact copies of 1/4 inch tapes that are bootable.  A
program that can do this is "tputil".  Where can this program be obtained?
If there is another program that performs the same function I would be
just as interested in knowing about that program.
