[comp.sys.sun] Size of send/receive buffers of Unix/Internet Sockets

I am trying to find the size of the send/receive buffers for Unix and
Internet sockets on SunOS. I've heard that the max allowed is 56K, but I
am interested to know the default. I tried getsockopt but it fails on
SunOS.
