[comp.sys.sun] HELP! Format.dat for Wren VII needed.

I was wondering if anyone has the format.dat for a Wren VII?  It is CDC
Wren VII 94601-12G.  I tried the numbers from Sun, Seagate and my own but
none of them work on a SUN 4/470.

I can cleanly fsck the disk but if I fsck it again an hour later it has
thousands of block errors.
