We are running a Sun system (SunOS 4.1.1) with Sun PC-NFS. Occasionally files and directories are created with the wrong ownership, so they can not be deleted by the user that created them. This does not include 'nobody' ownership problems. The problem seems to occur mostly (possibly only) when a secondary NFS connection is made to another mainframe (a CYBER 860). Has anyone found a solution to this problem? Tim MacEachern Software Kinetics Ltd. maceache@corp.nstn.ns.ca or maceache@fox.nstn.ns.ca Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada
