I'm looking for people who have had experience using the SunLink SNA Peer-to-Peer product in general, and the associated API in particular. What are your impressions of the product? What are its limitations? From the small amount of documentation I have, it would appear that multiple conversations to a particular gateway are multiplexed over a single TCP connection, and that a function is provided in the API to hide the select() mechanism from the user. If this is correct, is it possible to directly use select() in conjunction with the rest of the API? In other words, I want to be able to wait, using select(), not only for SNA events, but also for other non-SNA events.
