[comp.sys.sun] Gamma correction for the Sun GS board

Does anyone know how to do gamma correction on a Sun Sparc2 with the GS
graphics board?  On the SGI personal IRIS, you type the command 
'gamma <number>' to change the value of gamma.  Isn't there a similar
program for the GS?
