[comp.sys.sun] Hanging X-Terminals off of a SPARC 2.

We are considering buying a SPARCStation 2 16" 8-bit color,
16MB machine and using it to run SunVision, data analysis
software, and office integration software. We're planning
on hanging 2 15" mono and 2 14" color X terminals off the
machine.

1) Do you think the performance (overall) will be reasonable?

2) Has anyone used "Asterisk" and how do you rate it?

3) What is the difference between the "free" C compiler
   and the one that "costs" ?
