[comp.dcom.telecom] Area Code 210

A few years ago I remember dialing a number from a voice line that
went something like 201-###-####.   Some computer answered with a
carrier.  I didn't have a computer then, so I didn't connect.  My
question is:  What was this (TWX?, something else?), and where was it?
