When I received my new US Sprint FON card, I was asked whether I wanted one or more additional cards for other family members. I ordered a card for my wife, and a few weeks later it arrived. The curious thing is that the second card contains a completely different 14-digit code than the first. Time will tell whether charges against the two cards arrive on the same billing statement.
