I had already identified (most of?) down Pittsburgh (Pa.) phone prefixes and a downtown zipcode: 15219. Recently, I noticed that such prefixes and zipcode pick up a little area SOUTH of the Monongahela River, in the Station Square area (the old P&LE railroad station). Just south of Station Square area is Mount Washington, and to the east along Carson Street is zipcode 15203 (South Side area).
