The TELECOM USENET gateway at ucbvax is rejecting articles that I am posting to TELECOM. If anyone knows how to fix that problem, let me know. I was told that the articles were rejected because either they were too old or I didn't have permission to post (seems silly). If you want reliable access to TELECOM digest, then send me a reliable mail path and I will forward you digests (or individual messages) directly. There's nothing I can do, I'm not in control of ucbvax. -------
